THE CHALLENGE
Decorated chef and restauranteur, Chef Keith Casey and KC American Bistro took on a new venture by expanding North, away from the older Naples crowd to the younger demographic of Estero, Fl. The jump doesn't seem far but was new territory for the KC clientele, also positioning itself in an unproven location, thus being the first fine dining restaurant in the sub area.

We worked together on a Grand Opening campaign to make a splash in the new market during the shoulder months before season.
THE RESULTS
While opening in the shoulder months before season and taking on the endeavor of an unproven location, the PR behind the Grand Opening was significant.

Multiple journalists from the region accepted RSVP's with their coverage lasting all through season into the summer months.

The Grand Opening was sold out two weeks before the event launch and the pre-reservations booked more than 3 weeks out. A huge number for a fine dining restaurant in that area.
THE WORK

Created a multi-stage Grand Opening plan that included business to consumer design assets, customer activations, data gathering implementation, and collaboration with multiple liquor vendors and local businesses.

Coordinated with the City Council of Estero to do a proclamation on the day of the opening to be recognized as "Keith Casey Day".

Worked with local writers, journalists, and media to gain exposure not just to the Grand Opening, but the PR impact his brand would make in the community and future growth of the local food in the area.
